63 Square (63 Building) is a golden landmark and icon of the skyline of Seoul. At completion, it was one of the tallest buildings in the world.

Construction was completed in 1985, in time for the world to see it during the 1988 Summer Olympics, which took place in Seoul. It is named after its 63 floors, 60 above ground, 3 below ground.

At completion, 63 Building was the tallest building in the world outside of North America at 249 meters (817 feet). Until the completion of Hyperion Tower in 2003, it was the tallest in South Korea. The exterior of the building is real gold, making it the tallest gold clad building in the world.

Option 1
Take Subway Line 1 to Daebang Station (Exit 6).
Take the free shuttle bus or Bus 62.

Option 2
Take Subway Line 5 to Yeouinaru Station (Exit 4).
Take the free shuttle bus located left of the intersection.

Option 3
Take Subway Line 5 to Yeouido Station (Exit 5).
Take the free shuttle bus or you can take Bus 62 from the St. Mary's Hospital platform.
